How do I build my lineup?

From the Home screen, tap "Edit Lineup" and pick your sport. Drag and drop players into the matching position slots and add a team card. Use Auto-Fill if you want the app to pick the highest-projected squad for you. Save your lineup and you're entered into that week's contest.

How many positions do I need to fill?

You can enter with just one slot filled, but the more you fill, the more you can score. A full lineup gives you the best shot. Empty slots earn zero FPts.

Can I change my lineup after saving it?

Yes, you can swap players in and out right up until their match starts. Once a fixture kicks off, that slot locks for the rest of the game week.

What if one of my players doesn't play?

They score zero FPts. There are no auto-subs or replacements. Keep an eye on team sheets and injury news before lock-in.

How does scoring work?

Players earn FPts based on real match actions such as goals, tries, wickets, tackles and more. Teams earn FPts for results like wins and clean sheets. Each sport has its own scoring table - check the Scoring page for the full breakdown.

What are the lineup positions for each sport?

AFL: Team, 2 Defenders, 2 Midfielders, 1 Forward, 1 Ruck (7 slots). NRL: Team, 1 Fullback, 1 Flex, 1 Halves, 1 Hooker, 1 Middle Forward, 1 Edge Forward (7 slots). Cricket: Team, 2 Batters, 2 Bowlers, 1 Flex, 1 All Rounder (7 slots). Soccer: Team, 2 Defenders, 2 Midfielders, 1 Forward, 1 Flex (7 slots).

How do I check a player's training tier?

Tap the card to go fullscreen, flip it over and tap the "Training" tab. You'll see which tier they're at and how many slots are completed.

How is player and team rank calculated?

Cards are ranked within their position based on their average FPts across the current season. The higher the average, the higher the rank.

I've "maxed out" a training tier, what does that mean?

Your XP level caps which tiers you can access. Level up to unlock the next tier. The higher your XP, the further you can train.

Why is a player greyed out?

That card is currently ineligible or inactive so it can't be added to lineups, sold or trained. You can still Quick Sell it for coins.

Why can't I sell a player?

Cards that are in an active lineup or currently training can't be listed. Remove them from all lineups and finish (or fast-track) any active training first.

Why do I see two versions of the same player at different FPts?

One has been trained. Bronze (+1), Silver (+2) or Gold (+3) boosts raise the card's average FPts. Trained versions are worth more.

Who sets marketplace prices?

Other fans do. The marketplace is peer-to-peer -every listing is from another player. Minimum prices apply by grade: Elite (5,000), Gold (1,200), Silver (300), Base (100 coins).

I bought a player but can't find them.

Pull down on the lineup or collection screen to refresh. If the card still doesn't show, contact support.

What is XP and how do I earn it?

Almost everything you do in the app earns XP such as opening packs, trading on the marketplace, submitting lineups, and training players. Each level unlocks rewards like new packs and higher training tiers.

When do divisions update?

Game weeks typically run Monday to Sunday. After the final fixtures, your new division is assigned by Monday morning.

Do coins have real-world value?

No. Coins are in-game currency only. They can't be cashed out or transferred outside the app.

The coins I purchased are not in my account?

Please send us a screenshot of your app store receipt? , We’ll get that checked out and the coins added to your account immediately with a few extra for the inconvenience.

I have not received coins for a referral?

Please provide your username, and the username of the user you referred/who referred you? We will then get this looked at and credit the coins if there was an error.

My cards points do not seem to be correct?

All scoring happens automatically by an official data feed. Scores are not retrospectively altered but we will look into this team/player points and ensure it is correct for all future contests.

What happens to my cards/coins at the end of each tournament?

All in-game assets reset for every user at the end of each season before another competition begins. No cards or coins are carried over to future competitions, meaning every user has a fair chance at the beginning of each tournament.

What devices are supported?

iOS 13+ and Android 8.0+. We recommend at least 1GB of RAM for smooth performance.

The app is crashing or bugging out. What should I do?

Close the app, restart your device and try again. If the problem continues, contact support with your device model and a description of the issue.

How do I update the app?

Updates come through the App Store or Google Play. Turn on automatic updates so you don't miss new features or fixes.

Why can i I not access my account?

(i) (if RAF abuse) Your account has been closed due to referral abuse. It is strictly against the Terms & Conditions, accepted upon entry to the game, for a user to open multiple accounts and after investigation it has been found that you did so in order to gain cards/coins. For further details, please see: (add T&Cs link).
(ii) (if multi-accounting) Your account has been closed due to multi-account play.

Why has my leaderboard coin prize not been paid out?

Coin prizes for leaderboard position are paid out shortly after the final game of a matchday has concluded. The opening of the next matchday will signal when the current matchday has concluded and prizes paid to all users. If for any reason a matchday is open for an extended period of time, we will inform users via our social media channels.

What happens with abandoned matches?

In the event of match abandonment: (1) If it is the only match scheduled for a matchday, the contest will be void and no prizes will be awarded; (2) If it is one of multiple matches on a matchday, points earned prior to abandonment will be counted in accordance with official match statistics. The company reserves the right to modify these rules in exceptional circumstances, with notice to affected users.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, are final, non- refundable, and have no cash value outside the app.

I paid but didn't receive my items.

In the event you have not received a purchase item automatically, please restart the app as this usually triggers a purchase restore. If the items still don't appear, contact support with your receipt.
